If your on this page, it probably means that your running Windows Vista and don't know how to setup a static IP address. Now for this I am assuming you have the control panel setup for Control Panel Classic. Open up the control panel by click the windows orb, then click control panel. Once in control panel click on the Network and Sharing Center. When that opens up there should be a windows that looks like this:

Click on the red outlined link "Manage Network Connections". Once in that window, double click on the connection that is connected to your router. It will bring up the connection Status. Looks something like this:

The from there click Properties. This will harass you for administrator privelidges. Probably should give it them. Then you get a dialog like this:

You will want to bring up the properties for the Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4). From there the you need to enter an IP of 192.168.1.100 with a gateway of 192.168.1.1. It should look something like this when your all done:

Now that you have that all set-up we can move on to actually flashing the router.
